Kristy Capes

Kristy Capes

Clinical Director

Kristy believes in using a child's unique strengths and motivation to support them to learn and flourish, and that parents are uniquely placed to make a difference in their child’s development. Her experience includes over 20 years working with Autistic children and their families as a specialist teacher, Key Worker, certified Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) therapist and trainer, and as a parent coach. She has run the Victorian Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Center at La Trobe, a pioneer in ESDM in Australia. In addition, Kristy is a contributing author to extensive academic research in early childhood development.

Lead Therapist

Lauren has an unique perspective to offer as a highly experienced therapist who is both neuro-diverse herself, and the parent of a child with autism. She previously founded a successful early intervention clinic on the Mornington Peninsula, and has over 20-years experience as an early childhood therapist for children with developmental delay and autism.

Zach is passionate about supporting people with disabilities and complex needs to learn, grow and live their best lives. He believes in taking a strengths-based approach that supports children to harness their own uniqueness, and in supporting parents to be parents first. Zach has qualifications in Psychology, Crime Prevention and Applied Behaviour Analysis, and has worked in educational environments including Kinder, Primary, Secondary and University.

Matt was born and raised in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne. He's passionate about building technology that can help families reach their goals. He has an engineering degree from Monash University and has worked in the USA at companies like Microsoft, Intel and Workday.

Gregor Whyte

Operations

Gregor was born in Scotland and grew up in New Zealand, but has called Melbourne home for the last decade. He loves working on building and improving services and previously worked at Hireup, another Australian purpose-led technology company. Gregor did his undergrad in law at Otago University in New Zealand and also has a masters degree from Yale University.
